Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Fridays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct investigations, obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports.

• Work with Form Teachers to ensure students report for detention.

• Supervise detention sessions and maintain attendance/behavioural records.

• Update and follow up with detention defaulters.

• Supervise students on suspension and those sent out of class.

• Support learning continuity and guide reflective activities for re-entry.

• Patrol high-movement areas during recess, dismissal, and transitions.

• Station at the canteen to manage student behaviour.

• Assist in peer reconciliation or mediation when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in uniformed service (SAF, SPF), law enforcement, or discipline management in secondary schools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficient in basic IT tools for documentation and reporting.
