• Communicate with candidates and clients across multiple industries and job functions to broaden recruitment exposure
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and job roles to enhance recruitment effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members to develop recruitment strategies and improve communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education
