Job Summary
Support daily office operations by managing communications, scheduling, document preparation, and administrative tasks to enable efficient workflow and assist senior management in achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely and professional communication
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize staff time management
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes accurately, and distribute them promptly to relevant stakeholders
- Organize company events, conferences, and training sessions to support employee engagement and development
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations to support business needs
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination to enhance productivity
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings to facilitate informed decision-making
- Conduct research and compile data for projects and reports to support analysis and planning
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum local diploma or higher

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
