Roles & Responsibilities

Working under the Project Manger to complete the project on time, which include: -

1. Check and monitoring of site progress and resolving of site issues with clients
2. Follow up with factory for production order, delivery schedule, etc
3. Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
5. Advantage if with experience using computers.
6. Willing to start work at 7 am as per project requirement
7. Willing to do overtime and work weekends on a regular basis
8. Foster positive communications and relationships with vendors, clients & Team members MOSTLY Foreign Workers.
9. Willing to Be hands on when needed for the work porgress.
10. Wiling to be exposed to exposed weather due to site requirement.
