Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections and repairs on cardio, weight, and functional training equipment using hand tools and power tool operation.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, diagnose common faults, and manage spare parts inventory.

Operations Support

• Set up and test equipment for classes and events to ensure smooth sessions for trainers and members.
• Assist staff with equipment adjustments, basic installations, and on-site troubleshooting.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines, report hazards, and ensure equipment meets operational standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Entry level, 0 years of experience; suitable for fresh graduates or those with vocational training.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between sites when required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on ability or training in Sports Equipment, Technical Drawing, Machine Tools, Hand Tools, and Power Tool Operation.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and parts identification for gym machinery.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Calm, reliable, and methodical when diagnosing and fixing faults.
• Clear communicator who can work closely with trainers and report issues clearly to management.
