Seeking an Operation Supervisor to manage store and kitting operations for CCTV and card access security systems! Oversee inventory, coordinate kitting schedules, and support smooth project deliveries. This role reports to the Purchasing Manager, within the Purchasing division.

• Supervise the Store and Kitting department for security systems products (CCTV cameras, card access controllers, readers, and related accessories).

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of security equipment (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control panels, cables, and accessories), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor inventory levels of components, performing regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.

• Implement and enforce inventory management procedures, including cycle counts, for security hardware and consumables.

• Generate and review the Monthly Inventory

• Handle the year-end physical inventory check, ensuring full reconciliation of security equipment stock.

• Generate and communicate production/kitting schedules for assembling security system packages per project or client orders.

• Develop procurement plans for raw materials and components and control corresponding inventory levels.

Requirement
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and Excel proficiency.
