About the role

As Architectural Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and architectural vision. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting construction projects that will showcase your exceptional architectural expertise.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee and direct the architectural design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction specialists, to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs
3. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support the development of long-term architectural plans and goals
4. Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
5. Lead and mentor a team of talented architects, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
6. Proactively identify and manage project risks, propose solutions, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
2. 8+ years of proven experience in an architectural management role, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors
3. Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry regulations
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
5. Proficiency in using architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM
6. Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects from concept to completion
7. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
