Job Summary

Process and manage orders from company project sites by coordinating with suppliers and site in-charges to arrange timely deliveries. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify orders from various company project sites to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Submit verified orders to suppliers promptly to facilitate timely procurement
• Communicate with suppliers and site in-charges to coordinate delivery schedules and confirm arrangements
• Perform basic administrative duties including organizing and maintaining filing systems to support order processing
