  • Strategic Supplier Management: Govern strategic supplier relationships across the full supplier lifecycle, defining supplier strategies aligned with business, commodity, and supply network objectives.
  • Contract & Commercial Management: Ensure sufficient contract coverage of strategic suppliers and lead long‑term contract and agreement negotiations, including capacity commitments, commercial models, risk allocation, and value creation.
  • Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Establish and steer Supplier Performance Management, evaluate performance outcomes against commodity strategy, mitigate supplier‑related risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Capacity & Supply Chain Resilience: Actively balance mid‑, and long‑term capacity scenarios, support multiple‑sourcing and supply base optimization initiatives, and strengthen overall supply chain resilience.
  • Cross‑functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and other stakeholders to align supplier strategies with future technology demand and business priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives with suppliers, set clear objectives and priorities, and foster collaboration, accountability, and engagement within the extended supplier ecosystem.
  • KPI and Performance Management: Create transparency and track the following KPIs: OTD, TCO, Cost stability, Quality, Cost improvements. Define mitigation actions, if required.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commodity management, sourcing or procurement
