We're a Top 3 TikTok Shop seller in pre-loved luxury bags, running live commerce sessions multiple nights a week from our Outram Road studio. We're looking for someone to help our streamers run smooth, high-converting live sessions — and in the process, learn a business model most people are still trying to figure out from the outside.

Live commerce is one of the fastest-growing parts of e-commerce right now, and most people only see the streamer on camera. This role puts you behind the scenes — you'll learn how a real TikTok Shop operation is run: chat moderation under live pressure, product and inventory prep, order flow, and the operational rhythm of a business doing six-figure monthly GMV. If you've ever thought about running your own shop or side hustle one day, this is a front-row seat to how it actually works.

What you'll do:

• Monitor live chat and support the streamer in real time during sessions
• Prep product set-up before we go live
• Assist with product-related tasks and stock checks
• Pack sold items after each stream
• General admin support around live operations

Who we're looking for:
No prior experience required — we're hiring on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Comfortable behind a screen, organised, and able to commit to 2–3 evening shifts per week.
