Key Accountabilities:

• Resposible the day to day kitchen oepration of the staff restaurant.
• Coordinates with Chiu Dim Manager for the day to day Chui Dim operation.
• Assists with creating, developing, costing and implementing for new dishes.
• Provides training, coaching and development for all chefs in the team.
• Adheres to all relevant health and safety rules as stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD).
• Fully supports and contributes to the company’s CRS initiatives.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with international luxury hotel background
• Good command in Cantonese and English are required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
