Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Establish efficient workflows, inspire team potential, and demonstrate exceptional execution capabilities to achieve financial objectives.

• Oversee company financial management including accounting, budgeting, cost management, treasury management, financial analysis.

• Oversee full scope of human resources and administration functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation & benefits and office administration.

• Provide forward-looking insights and actionable recommendations to the executive board.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and strategic goals.

• Ad hoc projects.

• Immediately availability is preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

• 10 to15 years of FMCG sales and marketing or food manufacturing experience, preferably in a sizable organization.

• Familiar with project-based accounting is an advantage.

• Knowledge of local employment and labour laws and regulations is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• High integrity, resilient, mature and independence.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
