About us

WINDMILL Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1983. We specialize in Fire Services Engineering and are registered as a Group II F.S. Contractor with the government. We have maintained strong relationships with a diverse client base, including public utility companies and listed construction companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ranging from standard to complex. For programmes, ensure the coordinated management of multiple related projects to achieve common objectives.

• Work with stakeholders to deliver projects from initial concept through final implementation.

• Ensure projects/programmes deliver the specified solution, adhere to the baselined budget and schedule, meet all quality standards, and achieve client satisfaction.

• Manage project/programme delivery with rigorous scope control and change management processes.

• Coordinate project teams by delegating tasks, assigning resources, and managing schedules.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Fire Services Engineering

• 8 years of experience in fire services project management

• Understanding of fire services design, installation and commissioning principles

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients contractors and the wider project team

• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
