Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily receiving, issuing, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching activities.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders, packing lists, and related documents.
• Update warehouse records, stock movements, inventory data, and delivery documentation.
• Arrange, label, and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Assist in material issuance to Production and preparation of outgoing shipments.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Report any stock shortage, damage, discrepancy, or documentation issue to the superior.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Follow company SOPs, safety rules, 5S, and ESD requirements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, store, logistics, or manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of receiving, issuing, inventory control, and shipment processes.
• Able to check delivery orders, packing lists, labels, and warehouse documents.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organised, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to support overtime or shift work when required.
• Forklift experience or certification is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
