Our prestige division in Main Building Works are looking for a reputable project manager & teams for the immediate manpower ramping up to cope with our existing projects which consist of prestige commercial and office projects in Kepong Baru. Candidate who are interested are invited to submit their application for immediate interview arrangement.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible to oversee the overall built process and work program to ensure that the project is completed within the time, quality and within budget.

• Mitigate and improve construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
• Oversee the performance of all contractors and is responsible for ensuring that all work is executed on schedule.
• Closely monitor project cost tracking progress to ensure that approved contingencies and expenses are not exceeded the budget.
• Handle all project related correspondence and communication and providing direction and action to his team including consultants and contractors Oversee Site progress and ensure the full compliance of contractual responsibilities.
• Ensure the quality of product / information / coordination provided by the contractors.
• Monitor project Team and deadline are meet for the outstanding works.
• Ensuring all materials are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and properly documented on site prior to commencement of works.
• Ensure the purchases or procurement of site materials and deliver to site are done without delay to the schedule.
• Ensure all drawings and other data are accurate to ensure the contractor has the right information for the work in hand before starting work
• Authorise approvals / disapproval of variation orders from subcontractors.
• Conduct site meetings, meeting minutes documentation, follow up and tracking of issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.
• Ensure all safety requirements are adhere by everyone at site
• Resolve all disputes related to projects are properly addressed and resolved in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

• Possess Any Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/Buildings
• 3-5 years of total experience and experience in Main Building Works
• Posses’ strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate Good problem solving skills and leadership capabilities.
• Based at Kepong Baru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
