About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our business by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You'll work closely with different teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients in the commercial insurance and GPS industries.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep customer information up to date.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Finance, Operations, and Admin teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Build partnerships with insurance companies and other strategic partners.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Support business growth by recommending new ideas and market opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
