PERSOL Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Executive - Logistic-3PL in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to meet customer SLAs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and WMS updates.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support monthly and annual stock take activities.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, procurement, and customers on shipment schedules.
• Prepare daily operational reports and monitor warehouse performance and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and allocate warehouse manpower based on operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, 5S practices, ISO standards, and customer requirements.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Warehouse management system: 1 year (Preferred)
