Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Conduct 5 Why Analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Monitor quality performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare quality reports, documentation, and records.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of RCCA, 5 Why Analysis, and PFMEA.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics environment is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
