Admin Coordinator (Retirees Are Encouraged to Apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the application, renewal, and maintenance of all required business licences and permits.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with statutory submissions and requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance-related matters with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of works.
- Monitor licenses, permits and insurance expiry dates, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports, applications, and supporting documents to the relevant authorities.
- Follow up on approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance matters with government agencies.
- Assist in resolving licensing, regulatory, operational, and compliance-related issues.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Retirees are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience dealing with government authorities, particularly DBKL and other regulatory agencies, is an advantage.
- Familiar with business licensing, permit applications, renewals, and regulatory procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government officers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Physically fit and able to travel for regular visits to government departments and project sites.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and own transportation.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and document management.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to work on a full-time basis or flexible working arrangements, subject to business requirements.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
