The Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) is responsible for monitoring and enforcing workplace safety practices at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and HSSE standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards
• Enforce PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly safety reports
• Ensure proper implementation of permit-to-work systems
• Liaise with management, contractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters
• Maintain safety documentation and records

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or relevant certification in Safety & Health
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification (if required by authority)
• Minimum 2–3 years of site safety experience (construction preferred)
• Good knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work at project sites

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
