You play a key role in ensuring the smooth end-to-end functioning of Joint Intelligence Directorate (JID) in wartime.
What You Will Be Working On
Manage JID's infrastructure and systems, organisational structure, establishments and staffing, processes and linkages, and National Servicemen (NSmen) resources
Coordinate and manage JID's participation in exercises at various levels, ensuring that exercise objectives are clearly defined and met
Support the development of future concepts and contribute to operations learning
Review and update doctrines and directives
Assist the branch in other matters as required, including handling logistics, finance and infrastructure matters
Challenge(s)
Managing multiple concurrent tasks under time constraints
Navigating uncertainty when working on novel developmental work, such as future concepts and doctrine reviews, where there may be limited precedent or established frameworks to draw upon
What We Are Looking For
Education in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or Defence and Strategic Studies
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an associated field is preferred
Strong planning and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to get up to speed quickly on relevant policies and directives
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team
