Job Description

Reporting into the global pricing function, the Pricing Manager will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop commercially sound and innovative pricing strategies.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop pricing strategies for complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional engagements.
• Build robust financial models, profitability analyses and commercial scenarios to support pricing decisions and negotiations.
• Advise stakeholders on alternative fee arrangements, value-based pricing models and commercial structures.
• Support strategic client tenders, panel reviews and competitive bidding processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, project management and technology stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across pricing governance, tools, frameworks and best practices.
• Deliver pricing insights through data analysis, reporting and market intelligence.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled delivery models from a commercial and pricing perspective.
• Develop training programmes and enhance pricing capabilities across the organisation.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Experience within pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management, consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial evaluation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the confidence to engage senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project-based or professional services businesses.
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to reporting and visualisation tools being advantageous.
• Experience driving process improvements and managing complex projects.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Professional accounting qualifications and/or pricing experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous.
