About the Role

• The company is seeking a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to mobile and backend application development, build user-facing features, and support the transition of AI prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Reporting directly to the Engineering leadership team, you will work across application development, backend services, and applied AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver mobile application features using React Native, ensuring strong performance and user experience.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate on the implementation of AI-driven workflows, including integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-step reasoning capabilities into production services.
• Write clean, reliable, and observable code that meets quality and security standards for both public and private sector projects.
• Participate in sprint cycles and collaborate closely with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and deliver project milestones.

Requirements

Must-have Requirements

• Proven experience with React Native, including building and deploying mobile applications.
• Strong foundation in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack application development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances for work involving sensitive public sector and government-grade projects.
• A strong builder mindset with ownership of delivering features in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability to start by September in alignment with upcoming project plans.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular in-person collaboration when required.

Preferred Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience or high-intensity internship experience using a similar technology stack.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Interest in or experience with Golang for backend service optimization.
• Interest in or exposure to LLM operations and agentic AI workflows.
