We're looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team and help ensure our systems perform reliably under real-world conditions. If you're passionate about load testing, root-cause analysis, and helping teams build faster, more resilient applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and test scenarios aligned with system architecture and business requirements

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling

Simulate various load conditions — load, stress, endurance, and spike testing — to evaluate system behavior under pressure

Monitor application performance using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate findings with test results

Identify performance bottlenecks across the UI, API, database, and infrastructure layers, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them

Create and manage test data and environments to support performance testing cycles

Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in clear, detailed reports

Actively contribute to performance tuning and capacity planning discussions

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling)
• Familiarity with APM/monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose bottlenecks across multiple system layers
• Understanding of system architecture, non-functional requirements, and capacity planning
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
