Job Description
Responsibilities
- Basic Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – 3,200/month
- Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
- Working Hours: 8am - 8pm (Day Shift) / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift)
- Fixed Sunday Rest Day
- 4 workdays per week

- Day Shift: SGD 12/per day
- Night Shift: SGD 24/per day
- Premium Allowance: SGD 15/per day
- Work Pattern: Shift work required

Job Scope
Perform setup, testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
Execute testing procedures and accurately record test results as required.
Support packing, labeling, shipping, and other production-related activities as assigned.
Perform BIOS validation, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other technical testing activities where required.
Follow established testing procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines to ensure product quality and reliability.
Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).
Requirement
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, testing, production, or a related environment.
Minimum secondary school education, technical certification, vocational qualification, or equivalent.
Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude.
Ability to follow testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Good communication skills in English, as English is the primary working language.
