Full Time LINE LEADER Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,600 in Qnnect (M) Sdn Bhd Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a small team of production operators to achieve the required output and targets.
• Perform work and processes in accordance with procedure & work instruction.
• Ensure operators build products on the assembly line according to work instruction.
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and operations run safely.
• Inspect and check quality of products built by operators to ensure zero defects.
• Loading finished parts into bins for storage.
• Regular line walks to ensure line running at optimum.
• Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected.
• Timely update of production reports and records.
• Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
• Work overtime and shift work as required.
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, maintain production lines and, shop floor cleanliness and discipline.
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience as line lead in a manufacturing environment preferably in assembly environment.
• Ability to lead a small team of production operators to achieve daily production target.
• Good discipline and working attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work overtime and on shift.

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
