Key Responsibilities
1. Hostel Operations Management
- Ensure all workers' hostels are maintained in accordance with Company Policies, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Standards, applicable legal requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor daily hostel operations to ensure a safe, clean, hygienic, and well-maintained living environment.
- Coordinate hostel occupancy, room allocation, and new unit readiness to ensure units are released according to company standards.
- Take ownership of hostel facilities and ensure all common areas and amenities are functioning properly.
2. Resident Management
- Conduct orientation and briefing sessions for newly arrived workers on hostel rules, regulations, emergency procedures, and house guidelines.
- Handle residents' concerns, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain good relationships with hostel residents to promote a harmonious living environment and minimize disputes or disturbances.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including accidents, medical emergencies, fights, deaths, or facility-related incidents.
3. Compliance & Audit
- Conduct routine hostel inspections and self-audits to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, housekeeping, legal requirements, and RBA Standards.
- Prepare hostel facilities, documentation, and operational readiness for Customer Audits, RBA Audits, Internal Audits, and Government Authority inspections.
- Prepare and maintain all mandatory hostel information boards, including:
- Organization Chart
- Emergency Contact Information
- Emergency Evacuation Plan
- Occupants Name List
- Hostel Rules & Regulations
- Cleaning Schedule (5S)
- Investigate audit findings and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and preventive actions.
4. Documentation & Administration
- Maintain accurate hostel occupants' records with monthly verification to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the application and renewal of Certificates of Accommodation (COA) and monitor application status.
- Prepare investigation reports for abnormal utility consumption and submit findings to Management.
- Prepare reports, records, and documentation required by Management and customers.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Lodge police reports whenever required.
- Assist other departments in matters relating to hostel operations.
- Support operational activities assigned by Management.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
- Comply with all Company Policies, Quality Management Systems, Safety requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Salary : up to Rm3000 +++ ( Depend on the experience )
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
