一．质量策划：

One. Quality planning:

1.组织制定所负责客户之产品质量目标及提升；

1. Organize the formulation of product quality objectives and improvement of the responsible customers;

2.制定与修订过程审核计划与控制计划；

2. Develop and revise the process audit plan and control plan;

3.制定与修订巡检检验指导卡、异常履历表、IPQC巡检清单、工序不良统计表等。

3.Formulate and revise patrol inspection guidance card, abnormal resume, IPQC patrol inspection list, statistical table of process defects, etc.

二、质量控制：

II. Quality control:

1.监控过程质量数据，并进行统计分析；

1. Monitor process quality data and conduct statistical analysis;

2.组织定期实施过程审核计划工作；

2. Organize the regular implementation of the process audit plan;

3.验证/评估过程中产品质量保证能力；

3. Product quality assurance capability in the verification/evaluation process;

4.监控巡检的工作执行力与绩效考核。

4. Monitor the work execution and performance appraisal of patrol inspection.

三、质量改进：

III. Quality improvement:

1.组织推进重大和紧急突发性质量问题的分析、改进与预防；

1. To organize and promote the analysis, improvement and prevention of major and emergent quality problems;

2.统计分析质量数据，对前三大不良组织相关单位进行分析、改进与预防；

2. Statistical analysis of quality data, analysis, improvement and prevention of the relevant units of the top three bad organizations;

3.组织进行过程致命缺陷不良问题的分析、改进与预防；

3. Organize the analysis, improvement and prevention of fatal defects in the process;

4.组织对过程中产品质量保证能力的不足进行分析、改进与预防；

4. Organize the analysis, improvement and prevention of the deficiency of product quality assurance capability in the process;

5.验证评估预防改进措施有效性。

5. Verify and evaluate the effectiveness of preventive improvement measures.

四、客户反馈问题处理：

IV. Handling of customer feedback:

1.负责处理所负责产品的客户投诉及可疑批次的风险评估；

1. Responsible for handling customer complaints and risk assessment of suspicious batches of products;

2.实施客户审核相关问题的跟进闭环。

2. Implement the follow-up closed-loop of customer audit related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
