Working Hours: 8 Hours per Shift (2 Hours Break)

Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week (Shift Rotation)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our client's growing restaurant team. Whether you're starting your first job or looking for your next opportunity in the F&B industry, training will be provided to help you succeed.

You'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month
• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Service Incentive: RM100 – RM150

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Restaurant Operations

• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after customers finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure outlet hygiene standards are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.

Daily Operations

• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• No minimum SPM qualification required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods during operational hours.

Working Schedule

• 8 working hours per shift
• 2-hour break allocation
• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational off day per week
• Weekend and public holiday shifts required

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
