We are currently looking for dedicated, passionate and fun Service Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical support and services on-site and remotely.
• Technical competent in hardware and application skills
• Troubleshooting/Debug and repair job
• Conduct routine task or job
• Conduct training
• Job & Part coordination

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): test, debug, troubleshooting, technical support and service.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Own a car and driving license class D
• Willing to travel and relocate
• Training will be provided
• Able to work independently to complete task or job given
• Able to work as team with others
