1. Developing sales plans, sales forecasting and target setting to achieve sales excellence.

2. Identifying and maintaining new and existing business opportunities to maintain strong market position.
3. Analyzing and reporting on market current conditions and competitors study.
4. Responsible for undertaking marketing research to determine the demand for the product and service types.
5. Establishing and maintaining top-level contact with existing and potential customers, includes recommending new product and overcoming technical problem solving.
6. Work with accounts on challenging credits to manage risks while maintaining continuity of customer relationships including conducting visits to resolve and follow-up on overdue accounts.
7. Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials and services.

8. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
9. Participates in company-wide effort to maintain working knowledge and promote quality assurance in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
10. Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required.
11. To manage and practice all relevant ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System SOPs, not limited to QMS, customer specific requirements, stakeholder and customer requirements effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
