Responsibilities
Administer engineering contracts, property licences and regulatory records, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
Support departmental budgeting, expenditure tracking, reporting and CAPEX planning activities.
Coordinate procurement processes, including PR, PO, GR and SA administration, in compliance with company policies.
Manage vendor master data, SAP administration and procurement documentation to support governance requirements.
Maintain document control of Engineering SOPs, policies, procedures and comp liance records.
Facilitate compliance reporting, audits, risk assessments, WSH requirements and internal control activities.
Monitor outsourced labour utilisation, verify timesheets and support billing reconciliation and manpower reporting.
Provide departmental administrative support, including engineering reports, contract registers, licence records, quarterly newsletter and team engagement activities.
Conduct stock take administration and maintain inventory records for engineering supplies, uniforms and departmental assets.
Support regulatory compliance requirements, including Fire Safety Manager administration and maintenance of statutory licence records across all properties.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Familiar with SAP system, document control, compliance and regulatory record management.
Meticulous, resourceful and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
