About the Role

EU Holidays is looking for a passionate, creative and commercially driven Membership Executive to lead the growth of our EU Holidays Travel Club.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing our loyalty program through innovative member engagement initiatives, strategic partnerships and exclusive rewards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaigns that encourage customer retention, repeat travel and greater program participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the EU Holidays Travel Club membership and increase member engagement.
• Plan and execute EDM, WhatsApp, SMS and digital marketing campaigns to promote Travel Club benefits, rewards and exclusive member offers.
• Brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat bookings and program participation.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with travel, hospitality, dining, retail, lifestyle and entertainment brands.
• Continuously expand and curate the Travel Club rewards catalogue with attractive and exclusive redemption experiences.
• Manage reward campaigns from concept to execution, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and redemption trends to optimize future initiatives.
• Monitor key program metrics including membership growth, engagement, redemption rates and campaign performance.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Digital teams to enhance the overall Travel Club experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with EDM platforms, CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
• Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance.
Passion for customer experience, travel and lifestyle brands.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing customer loyalty or membership programs.
• Partnership development or account management experience.
• Digital marketing, customer segmentation and campaign management.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing content and customer engagement.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
