Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service while identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and prepare account reports.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
