Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cell Biology & Proteomics products
- Deliver customer training and application support to ensure effective product adoption and usage
- Assist the sales team by conducting product demonstrations and participating in technical discussions with customers
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for assigned products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor technologies
- Work both independently and collaboratively to support the achievement of team objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, or a related discipline; MSc or PhD qualifications are preferred
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred
- Required knowledge of Proteomics & Cell Biology, including protein purification, siRNA, cellular analysis, high-content screening, and laboratory automation
- Experience in FPLC and Automation will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply systematic, real-time problem-solving approaches
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
