Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to support the day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure of the organisation. This role involves maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing IT assets, coordinating technology implementations, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effective utilisation of IT resources.
• Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including SimpliVity Servers, Active Directory (AD), backup systems, network devices, access points (AP), CCTV, VMware, NAS storage, and firewall infrastructure.
• Coordinate technology installations, system upgrades, and maintenance activities across Singapore HQ and Malaysia.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage Windows OS and server patching activities.
• Ensure IT operations comply with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures for both on-premise (NAS storage) and cloud environments.
• Keep up to date with current technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Provide desktop support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and network printers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers on IT procurement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement.
• Support administrators and end users during ERP system implementation.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including devices and related equipment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
