Role Overview::

We are looking for a Solution / Technical Architect to provide technical leadership for strategic cloud, data, analytics and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will own solution design across application, data, integration, security, operations and observability, and will support solution shaping for new programmes, PoCs, tenders and customer-facing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities::

️ Translate business goals, customer requirements and programme objectives into practical, secure and scalable solution architectures.

️ Own end-to-end solution design across application, data, integration, cloud platform, security, observability and operational readiness.

️ Provide solution leadership for future solution-heavy programmes, PoCs and tenders, including solution shaping, feasibility assessment, technical risk identification and delivery approach definition.

️ Support client-facing opportunities by providing technical leadership, architecture input, estimates, assumptions, risks and solution trade-offs.

️ Lead or guide hands-on PoCs / MVPs that de-risk key solution decisions and can be transitioned into production-grade delivery where appropriate.

️ Design data flows covering batch, streaming, integration, APIs, events, data warehousing / lakehouse, analytics and reporting patterns.

️ Support AI / GenAI-enabled solution design where required, such as RAG, agents, model integration, evaluation, guardrails, observability and LLMOps practices.

️ Make platform and technology recommendations with clear cost, performance, security, maintainability and operational trade-offs.

️ Embed security and privacy by design, including IAM, secrets management, data protection, data classification, compliance controls and auditability.

️ Guide engineering teams through technical design, backlog elaboration, implementation reviews, code / design reviews and technical governance.

️ Produce clear architecture documents, solution diagrams, technical write-ups, reusable patterns, reference implementations and decision records.

️ Communicate architecture options, risks, dependencies and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and practical manner.

Qualifications::

Requirements (Must-Have)

️ Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

️ 12+ years of enterprise application or data platform architecture experience, including 2 years of designing production grade Gen AI systems.

️ Strong exposure to data science and machine learning.

️ Proven architecture leadership across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/Kubernetes or serverless, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).

️ Mandatory hands-on multiple cloud experience of at 3 years in each of the AWS, GCP & Azure environments, with at least one year hands-on experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI technologies.

️ Hands-on with at least one agent/RAG stack: LangChain/LangGraph, DSPy, OpenAI/Anthropic tool use, Databricks Agents or equivalent.

️ Practical LLMOps: evaluation (LLM judges, task metrics), tracing/observability (MLflow/OpenTelemetry), prompt/version registries, CI/CD for AI.

️ Lakehouse / Data expertise: Delta/Iceberg/Hudi; streaming (Kafka/Kinesis/Pub/Sub); vector search (Databricks Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Vespa, etc.).

️ API & integration design: REST/gRPC/GraphQL, event-driven patterns, contract/version management.

️ Security & governance: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT/mTLS, secrets management, data classification/lineage, access policies, content safety/guardrails.

️ Strong communicator: can frame cost/benefit, risk, and ROI; writes clear design docs; influences across org boundaries.

️ Good understanding of mobile and web applications.

️ Able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.

️ Experiences in managing client relationship and expectation.

️ Fast learner, achiever, sets high personal goals.
