About the role
Singapore based. We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Intern for a 7 month internship starting in Jan 2027 to July 2027. This role offers hands-on exposure to analytics in the Real Estate sector and is ideal for someone who is curious about data.
As an intern, you will gain valuable insight into how data is used across all parts of the business to inform strategy, drive growth, and deliver better outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a career in Data Analytics and to understand the impact of data-driven decision on business success.
Please note that shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a screening test onsite to help us understand your current level of competency and identify areas where you can further develop your skills during the internship.

What you'll do
- Support the Analytics Director and Manager with their daily analytics tasks and ongoing projects
- Assist in data validation and maintaining dashboards and analytics reports (e.g., using Power BI or Excel)
- Support ETL tasks to ensure high data quality
- Helps automate basic reporting workflows with guidance
- Learn to integrate data from multiple sources (ie. Using PowerQuery, Snowflake, Python, and other tools)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
- Strong interest in data analytics and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake is a plus but not required
