Role Description

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution across infrastructure, ICT, and procurement-related initiatives, ensuring that scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, supervising inspection processes, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and client representatives, as well as preparation of progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement of project workflows, adherence to compliance standards, and alignment with organizational goals.


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. (Candidates with PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certifications may also be considered.)
  • Experience managing ICT infrastructure, network, ELV, construction, renovation or government projects.
  • Experience handling projects for government agencies, GLCs or public listed companies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia.
