System Developer The developer will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the MyInvois application to ensure timely delivery of assigned requirements and system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement approved enhancement requests in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, bugs, and production issues.
• Develop and deploy HotFixes to address critical production incidents within the agreed service levels.
• Perform unit testing to validate developed functionalities before integration testing.
• Participate in peer code reviews and apply the project's coding and security standards.
• Support application deployment activities across UAT, Pre-Production and Production environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, deployment guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enhancement requests.
• Provide technical support during SIT, UAT, and post-deployment stabilization.

Education:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certification is an added advantage and is not mandatory.

Working Experience:

• Senior Developer: Minimum 3 years of relevant application development experience.
• Junior Developer: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or hands-on project experience may also be considered.
• Experience or exposure to developing and maintaining web applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience in system enhancement, bug fixing, or application maintenance.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices.
• Basic experience in developing or integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git or Azure DevOps

Technical Skills:

Front-End:

• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript or TypeScript
• At least one modern front-end framework, such as ReactJS or Angular

Back-end:

• .NET Core or ASP.NET Core with C#
• Web API or REST API development/integration

Database:

• Microsoft SQL Server, including basic query writing
• Entity Framework or an equivalent ORM

Cloud:

• Working knowledge of relevant Azure services, such as Azure App Service
• Azure Functions and/or Azure Storage
• Azure SQL Database
• Basic familiarity with Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights

DevOps:

• Basic use of Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Git or equivalent version control

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting production applications
• Exposure to containerization, messaging, or API management
• Awareness of application performance and secure coding practices
