Job title: Technical Engineer (KL or Penang)

Reporting to: Assistant Technical Manager

Location: Malaysia (Southern Region)

Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to provide engineering solutions and technical support to our construction-related business partners. The role involves supporting sales and marketing teams, preparing technical documents and drawings, and ensuring that all proposed solutions meet project requirements, compliance standards, and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide technical support and advice to the customers, marketing and sales teams, including product submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

 Handle technical queries from client, architect and consultant (pre-and post-sales).

 Conduct product installation training and on-site technical problem solving

 Process and manage client orders.

 Research and assist in developing value-added design solutions that meet client requirements, using structural engineering calculations and design codes

 Promote company’s value propositions through competent technical services, technical seminars, creating project opportunities via specification.

 Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align client requirements for product standardization and future product development.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

 Knowledge of CAD and Revit

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:

 Basic Salary of RM3,500 – RM6,000 depends on working experience.

 Car Allowance RM 1,000/ month.

 Petrol and Toll by receipt claim.

 Quarterly Project commission and performance Incentive.
