Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements are / can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.

· Provide risk and governance process support across client's INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM department units, currently Service Recovery & Change Management (Network).

· Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedule for subsidiaries and oversea branches.

· Controlling EUC across GIPS units, maintaining inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance.

· Documentation and training, maintain accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to

Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Banking/Finance/ Engineering or related field.

Essential:

· Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills.

· Good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

- New Graduates or candidate's without relevant experience welcome to apply

- suitable for candidates with 1 year relevant experience

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

· Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
