1. Roles & Responsibilities – Junior HR

• Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including the application, renewal, and cancellation of employees' work permits.
• Coordinate the registration and renewal of mandatory training courses and certifications, such as MWOC, CSOC, skills courses, and other required programs.
• Monitor and arrange the timely renewal of company vehicle road tax, insurance, inspections, and related documentation.
• Support monthly HR administration, including payroll preparation, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Min Secondary level 

Prior experience in HR and/or administrative support is an advantage; candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsible, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
