Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L) products, water pipes, fittings, and related piping solutions while providing excellent customer service and sales support.

• Working Location: 30 Kranji Loop #03-10 TimMac @ kranji Singapore 739570
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am-12.00pm-alternative)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + commission + allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell stainless steel pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and water pipe products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings (Outdoor Sales).
• Handle walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and email correspondence (Indoor Sales).
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience (experience in the stainless steel, piping, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of stainless steel grades (304/304L, 316/316L), water pipes, valves, and piping systems is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence (required for Outdoor Sales).
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
