Job Summary

Coordinate and manage shipment bookings, customer communications, vendor service standards, and billing processes to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics operations supporting air and ocean freight services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers and airlines to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Communicate shipment status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners to maintain transparency
• Send pre-alert notifications for all shipments to prepare stakeholders in advance
• Update and maintain accurate shipment uplift reports for operational tracking
• Assist in verifying selling and cost details for each job to support financial accuracy
• Process billing accurately and promptly to ensure timely customer invoicing
• Monitor and enforce service standards with all vendors to maintain quality logistics support
• Manage airline, carrier, trucking, and co-loader networks to secure best buying rates via online portals
• Respond to RFQs and rate requests efficiently to support business development
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service satisfaction
• Develop and support network agents by addressing their enquiries and fostering collaboration
• Perform additional official duties as assigned by senior management to support business needs
