Job Summary
Managing daily quantity surveying and contract administration tasks within Singapore’s construction industry, ensuring accurate cost control, documentation, and effective collaboration with site teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Executing daily quantity surveying and contract administration tasks to support project delivery
- Prepare progress claims, payment responses, and variation orders accurately to facilitate timely financial processing
- Perform quantity take-offs, measurements, and basic costing to support budgeting and cost estimation
- Contribute to budgeting and cost control activities to monitor project expenditures and maintain financial targets
- Review subcontractor claims and quotations to ensure compliance with contract terms and accuracy
- Liaise effectively with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues
- Support tender preparation and procurement processes to assist in securing project contracts
- Maintain organized documentation and reports to ensure project records are accurate and accessible
- Execute additional quantity surveying tasks as required to support project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or degree in quantity surveying or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of quantity surveying experience in the Singapore construction industry
- Basic knowledge of contracts and construction processes essential for effective project support
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken Mandarin

Working Hours
- 9 AM to 6 PM, with possible half-day work on urgent Saturdays
