As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in securing business opportunities within heavy industries. You’ll primarily focus on expanding our business in our local and regional markets. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Contact, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, agencies, associations and ecosystem stakeholders
• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between business operations, technical, and product requirements
• Plan and execute sales and GTM strategies for various target markets and industries to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.
• Prepare and issue quotations to qualified inbound leads and successfully close deals
• Keep up to date with the latest relevant industry-related landscape and AI trends
• Formulate and craft solution proposals for various opportunities
• Enhance the company’s branding, and reputation through various initiatives

Our Ideal Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with B2B enterprise sales, preferably within a startup or tech company; exposure to enterprise sales of security systems or video analytics systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of the heavy industries sector and B2B enterprise customers.
• Proven success in building partnerships and channel management.
• Demonstrates ability to present confidently to large audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• A self-driven, fast learner with a clear sense of urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a low ego who thrives in high-pressure environments.
• Comfortable engaging in social settings and business engagements.
