Role: ServiceNow Developer - CSM Devops

Key Responsibilities

•         Design, develop, and configure solutions across CSM, DevOps, and ITSM modules.

•         Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, script includes, and UI components.

•         Support and drive CI/CD pipeline integration, automation, and deployment processes on the ServiceNow platform.

•         Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions.

•         Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following ServiceNow scripting best practices.

•         Perform unit testing and support QA through defect resolution.

•         Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to platform development standards.

•         Collaborate with architects, business analysts, DevOpsteams, and other developers to deliver requirements on schedule.

•         Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.

•         Assist with performance optimization and troubleshooting in production environments.

Skills & Experience

•         6+ years of total ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on development skills.

•         Strong hands-on expertise in CSM module development and customization.

•         Solid experience with ServiceNow DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

•         Strong development experience in ITSM.

•         Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

•         Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) and third-party CI/CD tools.

•         Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture fundamentals.

•         Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

•         Comfortable working onsite with the customer team in Singapore.

Certifications

•         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA),mandatory.

•         ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), an advantage.

•         ServiceNow CIS CSM, an advantage.
