We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Architect to lead solution architecture across Digital Banking and Payments platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Product Owners, Squad Leads, and Systems Analysts to design and govern scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

This role is ideal for an architect with extensive banking technology experience who can bridge business requirements, enterprise architecture, and agile delivery teams while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Digital Banking and Payments platforms.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align solutions with the organization's target-state architecture.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solution designs.
• Provide architecture leadership for:Application ArchitectureAPI & Microservices ArchitectureIntegration ArchitectureSecurity, Performance, Scalability and Resilience
• Review and approve architecture designs for new initiatives, enhancements and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide design assurance throughout project delivery.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout implementation.
• Support solution estimation, technical due diligence and pre-sales activities where required.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Banking Technology with at least 5 years in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise solutions for Digital Banking and Payments platforms.
• Experience working with Tier-1 banks, preferably in Singapore or the Asia Pacific region.
