We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, material handling, and timely distribution of materials and finished goods. This role ensures smooth warehouse operations that fully support production requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control.

我们正在寻找一位责任感强、做事有条理、细心，并具备良好领导能力的人才。仓库经理负责领导及管理整个仓库运营，包括物料及成品的收货、储存、库存管理、物料搬运及发货工作，确保仓库运作高效顺畅，并能及时支援生产需求。同时，确保仓库符合安全、品质、效率及成本控制目标。

Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. Warehouse Operations 仓库运营管理

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations.负责监督及管理仓库日常运作。

• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, issuing, packing, and shipping activities.确保收货、储存、备料、发料、包装及出货流程准确无误。

• Plan warehouse space utilization and optimize warehouse layout.规划仓库空间，提高仓储利用率及作业效率。

• Ensure materials are supplied to production on time.确保生产所需物料准时供应。

• Develop and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and workflow.建立并持续优化仓库标准作业程序（SOP）及工作流程。

2. Inventory Management 库存管理

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.通过循环盘点及定期盘点确保库存准确率。

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing and Production.监控库存水平，并与采购及生产部门协调补货。

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.调查及处理库存差异问题。

• Manage slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.管理呆滞库存、过期库存及超量库存。

• Ensure all inventory records are updated accurately in the ERP system.确保ERP系统库存资料准确及时更新。

3. Team Leadership 团队管理

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff.领导、监督、培训及发展仓库员工。

• Plan manpower allocation according to operational requirements.根据工作需求合理安排人力资源。

• Foster teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement culture.建立团队合作精神、纪律文化及持续改善文化。

4. Logistics Coordination 物流协调

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transport providers.协调供应商及物流公司的收货与出货安排。

• Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.确保货物装卸工作顺利完成。

• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, and Sales departments.与生产、计划、采购、品质及销售部门保持紧密合作。

• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.监督运输安排，确保满足客户交货要求。

5. Safety & Compliance 安全与合规管理

• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.确保遵守公司制度及仓库管理程序。

• Implement and maintain 5S standards.推行并维持5S现场管理。

• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.确保所有物料得到正确储存及搬运。

• Conduct warehouse safety inspections and accident investigations.负责仓库安全检查及事故调查。

• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and company quality standards.确保符合ISO体系及公司品质要求。

What We're Looking For｜我们正在寻找这样的您

• Strong warehouse operations and inventory control experience.熟悉仓库运作及库存管理。

• Good leadership and team management skills.具备良好的领导及团队管理能力。

• Knowledge of FIFO, ERP, and warehouse best practices.熟悉 FIFO、ERP 系统及仓库管理流程。

• Knowledge of warehouse safety (OHS) and 5S practices.熟悉仓库安全（OHS）及 5S 管理。

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.具备良好的数据分析能力，细心且注重准确性。

• Able to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.具备多种语言沟通能力者优先考虑。

• Forklift licence is an added advantage.持有叉车执照者优先。
